The POUND Rockout.Workout.® is full-body drumming workout that uniquely combines all of these things.
POUND® in your Athletic shoes or barefooted! RIPSTIX® will be provided. Bring your own Yoga mat, or grab one at the studio.
All levels of fitness and all body types are welcome. The creators of this workout have made it easy for us as instructors to present the material in a way that can be fun and effective for everyone, so jump on in! Every class will begin with a safety run-down and an explanation of the vocabulary and movements. EVERY movement can be modified, so please ask me if you’ve got any concerns. It’s a challenging workout, but fun and exciting. Also – it makes me think, which I call a bonus! Drop off the kids and head over for a 45 minute Energy-Boost Friday mornings, or meet me right after work on Mondays and we’ll inaugurate the work-week right!
