Are you ready to Rockout with your Workout? Then this is the class you’ve been waiting for! Cardio, strength-training, core-fitness all while keeping the beat. No special equipment or shoes necessary. Yoga mats provided, but please feel free to bring your own. $12 to drop in, or pick up a class card, on-line or in the studio!

A.o.B. is my all-time favorite classes. It’s a class for every level of dancer. Each month we will focus on a different body part, or set of body parts, exploring them in our own bodies, and understanding how those parts relate to the Amazing Art of Middle Eastern Dance.
