The message here is quite simple… easy, in fact – Love and Be Loved. Give, Receive. Do unto others as you would have them do unto you.

There is no US where there is a THEM, it is all of us, or none of us. WE ARE ALL ONE.

There is no separation but that which you perceive.

Through whose eyes are you studying yourself?

Through whose looking glass have you been making judgements?

Living Life begs the questions, “FOR WHAT? FOR WHOM” and the answer is… left up to you to decide.

Dear Ones!!! Your individual Lives hold questions for which only YOU have YOUR answers♥ It is not up to another person to decide how you should live your life, neither what rewards you should reap from it, nor the lessons you should learn. Those are all left solely to you and your discretion. As ever, as ALWAYS, you are fully supported by Us and the Universe. You are fully supported in living YOUR LIFE to the fullest. We will always be present (when you remember to call on us) to pick you up, brush you off and help you to take the next step, whatever you deem that to be.

There is so much of life to live… so much beauty to drink in, so much to experience – sometimes this is the the only plan in life – to experience. To have contrast as you say, to Live.

Rain/Sun, Dark/Light, Pleasure/Pain, Big/Little, Joy/Sorrow, Anger/Love……….

We come today asking that you release your bodies, minds and Spirits from this vicious hold judgement has taken on your Lives. We ask you to release yourself, your loved ones, your Lives from its clenched fists… for judgement only exists to bind you and place you under scrutiny… and you are all simply too precious to be scrutinized under microscopes.

The things you do today, may NOT be the things you do tomorrow – the things you love/enjoy/say/believe today, may NOT be AT ALL WHO OR WHAT YOU WILL LOVE/BELIEVE/SAY/ENJOY tomorrow – AND THAT WILL BE ‘OKAY’ because you will only ever be what you are right now. That is to say Dear Ones… every day is fresh, and every day, you are re-made, fresh within the world.

Allow judgement to fall away as a shabby garment, and witness yourself radiant, glorious, Alive♥

Free Will

Please be gentle with yourselves dear ones… for it is not as you say “easy” this business of free will. There is much responsibility that comes from and with being able to make your own decisions, your own choices, but please remember that you are the only one who can make these. That is to say, no one else can make your choices for you. Should you slip into allowing others to make your decisions, then your life truly is “out of your hands.”

To have Free Will is to have the ability to wield the greatest power in the cosmos. Because it means that you have the ability to change your reality, or allow to remain exactly as it is. Simple.

And so we say to you, that even in the midst of having such great responsibility, so too do you have the greatest tool for change within your very capable hands.

Dreaming of You

We know you like to believe you are alone… but it was not always such.

Do you remember a time that you talked with us fluently?

Do you remember a time when you called to us as you would your parents, to catch you, or hold you, kiss or protect you?

We have never left you, not even when you forgot we were here.

We come to you, whispering softly into your sleeping ears at night – helping you find that which you have feared was lost, helping you, helping you.

This is what we do dear ones – it is never as you have grown to fear that we are “Watching You” we are not your police, we are those who are most aligned with your Spirit and therefore INCAPABLE OF JUDGEMENT.

And so we send the quietest of reminders, like a rose-petal on the wind, you are not alone… you have never been alone… and if you have even five quiet minutes when you awaken from your dreams, speak to us – and if you have even ten quiet minutes when you awaken from your dreams – speak to us, and then listen♥

La Natura

(I am feeling led to share a little bit of information here, I’ve actually had this deck of oracle cards for a few months now, and even though I use this deck almost daily, I have only pulled this card once before, two days ago, for a dear friend of mine in her last tri-mester. I mention this because sometimes the messages we receive for others usually has a hint in there for ourselves. I’ve never met a reading I gave that didn’t pertain to myself on some level♥ Let’s see what message “La Natura” has for us today. )

Mother Nature is holding her arms open wide, inviting… she says,

“Dear Ones! I am so much stronger and more capable than many of you believe. I thank you for your efforts toward ‘cleaning’ me up, I thank you for your love, for your warmth, for all you give to me, though I want to remind you that I am still your mother; even when your physical, human mother is no longer present here, I will remain. Just as your race of humanity is so resilient, so too am I. For I understand the deepest secrets of healing and transmutation. This gift of transmutation is what I wish to speak of most – for this is the gift you all need most.

“It does not matter how great your pain (big, intense, vast, invasive, pervasive) GIVE YOUR PAIN TO ME. Not only will I take your pain from you, but I will change its very composition.

“How” do you give your pain to me? You’ve only to make contact with some small part of me and consciously connect. This little one here will tell you a more detailed, ‘how’ below, but my message for you is simply this, Your Mother is strong and still has the capacity to help support you in this life. When you think of me, picture my body strong, magnificent, whole, beautiful, magical. Even as you work toward awareness of your current environments, keep the image of me pure, for this makes me happy – to see my beautiful reflection within your souls.

Exercises for “Giving hurt/injury/pain to Mother Earth”

Shamsi here again ~ ‘Mother’ is showing me repeated images of people lying with their belly-buttons (stomachs) making firm contact with the Earth. The images change, but are similar – hugging trees, the souls of bare feet lovingly caressing grass, earth, dirt, sand, water. Hands, palms open against the bare earth, grass, on a mountain side, a favorite rock, simply caressing and mindfully-touching animal, vegetable, mineral…

With each of these forms of contact comes the simple action (yet almost forgettable – because it is so small) of closing the eyes, inhaling deeply and connecting in a deeper way than just a physical touch. And because we are human, I am told that SHE can hear us, so if it helps to say what you are giving up/letting go of, then say it aloud. Don’t be afraid to let go of whatever you’ve been holding. Even if you never thought before that anyone could help you, our Mother is still with us, and wishes we would ask her to help us more often, for only in this way can we rebuild our special relationship with Her.♥

Ripe – Electric – Life Affirming

Regret

Dear One,
There is a soft, relinquishing of power that comes from regret. It happens so quietly and subtly that you barely notice before you’ve nearly sunk yourself into a vat of roiling emotions♥

Dearest, though you may perceive former actions as ‘hurtful’ or ‘wrong’, please remember your time here is as on a playground – playing, experimenting, failing, succeeding, learning, falling, loving, laughing – all of these experiences combine to form who you are.

The saying you love so much, “Never regret anything, because at one time you wanted it.” is powerful …and true.  Do not allow your cynicism to crowd out the feeling in your heart that revels in both new experiences and the memories of past experiences.

“You are safe, you are happy, you are healthy, you are at peace.” Always.

Remember, when the subtle edge of regret reaches out like an evening fog, LIFE is the meaning of Life, the reason for living is to Live, to experience, to embrace fully and with passion the vast expanse of variety found within this World.

Breathe in deeply and do not deny, even the most uncomfortable aspects of life, for in this action regret has no place, because everything becomes an experience worth having♥

I can never explain the feeling any better than saying, “I feel like I’ve come home.”

It’s never the same path, and rarely the exact configuration of people, but Dunya is consistently there, consistently taking us into the same ‘space’, the same ‘container’.  A space that exists somewhere out of sight from where I am standing now, but if I close my eyes and reach out, I can still feel it, sense where we were just 20 short hours ago.

Subtle.

This work is always so subtle.  I often wonder how we entice anyone to join us.  It’s difficult too; this constant awareness, asking our minds to relinquish their grips and follow the body for long stretches.

And then we nap.  Perhaps when we tell people about this practice we should emphasize the naps?

The napping is integral and necessary.  In the midst of all of our “not doing” we are pushed to our limits, only to find ourselves exhausted from the effort and fall out, unaware, sometime later to be woken by a soft, amused voice that tells us, “Time to wake up…  Second call, time to wake UP.” With so much soft Love, the feeling is like being a marionette, lifted by strings, groggy and sleepy-eyed. But the naps help our bodies integrate and process …being still is sometimes the real healing our bodies need.

There is an enchantment that happens when one begins this practice of Dancemeditation.  Many of us return, and those of us who do are often unsure of why, until we arrive again in that space.  We’re led, like salmon? fireflies? I don’t know, but something always pulls/draws us home.  Something deep within that has no answers (not as we would like to hear them), that is only ever a question, that asks another question, and keeps asking us to return, to remember, to whirl, to chant, to witness, to be witnessed…

…it’s always the same, going home – but the doors to get there are constantly changing.

Dear One,
I love your spirit, just as I love all of your spirits who have chosen to be on Earth. I have never left you since you came to me, nor will I ever leave those who have need of, or have called upon me.

Dearest, you make us laugh – and do keep us truly amused. Not though, as you would say, through laughing “at” you, but rather we are most definitely laughing with you and revel in your silliness. This is the part of being in your human form we wish you to cultivate and spread infectiously.

This is a gift – to be able to see the humor in all things, to see the humor without chastising or harm/pain to others.

Be as a clown for the Universe, and know you are in GOOD company! For even I laughed and joked, and too committed practical jokes when I lived as you live.

Now is not the time for seriousness, there has been too much of it. Let go of the need to be right, to be heard, or seen, take up the torch to simply BE your laughter-ridden, fun-loving selves.

When you laugh, feel how your belly and chest vibrate.

Imagine these vibrations spreading out from you like a ripple in a pond and know that you are doing the physical world as much good through your laughter as through your activism(s) (political/economic/ecological/spiritual, etc).

Please take this time to focus on the lighter side of life – remembering that where ever you shine your light, that is what you will see.

Magic

Magic… such a magical word -
Inspiring flights of fancy and all things that were previously believed to be “impossible”

Magic -
it exists in the twinkle of a small child who “knows no better.”

it exists in the smell that makes Grandma the most comfortable and safest place to be.

Magic happens when a single thought or feeling is turned inside-out or upside-down.

Magic is what happens when compassion suddenly exists where it was never seen before.

Magic occurs anywhere laughter can follow tears.

Magic is what happens everytime we allow ourselves to remember that we are so much larger than our thoughts – so much more than our mistakes, greater than the single, physical body we are inhabiting…

…Magic is when we realize that Life’s greatest treasure surrounds us everyday.

Magic is a magical word.
